All servicing requires a $55.00 inspection fee paid on delivery then deducted from total cost on pickup. This is non refundable and equates to your first 30 mins of labour, allowing us to fault find the issue and quote you for your repairs.

Unfortunately, we are unable to book exact days to service your domestic equipment. The standard turnaround is 2-4 weeks. We are fully aware you can not live without your machine and great coffee at home for even a day! Our Team always strive to get your machine back to under the quoted time and keep you alive!
