Terms of Service and User Agreement for Digital Downloads

TERMS OF SERVICE AND USER AGREEMENT

This Terms of Service and User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Artisti Coffee Roasters ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual or entity ("User," "you," or "your") accessing or downloading our digital content, including but not limited to the Barista Training Manual (the "Content"). This Agreement governs your use of the Content.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or downloading the Content, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or download the Content.

Use of Content

  1. Ownership: The Content, including text, images, graphics, and any associated materials, is the intellectual property of Artisti Coffee Roasters and is protected by copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

  2. License: Upon your purchase, Artisti Coffee Roasters grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or otherwise make the Content available to third parties without our prior written consent.

  3. Restrictions: You agree not to:

    • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Content.
    • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices.
    • Use the Content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • Share, distribute, or resell the Content without prior written consent from Artisti Coffee Roasters.

Privacy

Your use of the Content may require providing personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Refund Policy

All sales of the Content are final. We do not offer refunds. Please review the Content description and any available samples before making a purchase.

Intellectual Property

Termination

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales, Australia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Content after changes will constitute acceptance of those changes.
